Estate Planning

You've worked hard to build your estate, and now you want to make sure your assets end up in the right hands. Let us help you! We can help you prepare for the future and have your estate well-planned.

Guardianship

If a loved one suddenly becomes incapacitated due to an extended illness, the last thing you want to discover is that there's nobody to help make decisions for them. We can help you protect your loved ones in such cases.

Medicaid Planning

If you're worried about the long-term care costs for yourself, your spouse, or your parents? We can help! Even if you exceed the income and asset eligibility guidelines set by Medicaid, you may still qualify for benefits.

Power of Attorney

If you need to have someone able to permit certain legal acts on your behalf, you may need a power of attorney. We can give you peace-of-mind and guide you through the process.

Probate ADMINISTRATION

We know how exhausting it is to inventory assets while dealing with creditors, taxes, and beneficiary disputes. We seek to make the process easier, and help you plan your estate smartly, with probate in mind.

Special Needs Trusts

It can be overwhelming figuring out what special needs trust you need, or what you might have. We can help you provide support while avoiding disqualification from assistance programs that are provided by the government.

Meet Seth Levy

Seth Levy received his license to practice law in 1984 from West Virginia, 1985 from New Jersey, and 1989 from New York. He practiced law over the next 14 years, with a focus on the environment, energy, and the public utility industry.

His focus changed after his wife passed from cancer in late 2015 to benefit those who are facing end-of-life decision-making. He dedicates himself to Estate Planning, particularly as it relates to older individuals and families because he wishes to help people navigate past obstacles regarding incapacity and disability while creating plans to protect their assets during life and securely transfer them after death. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in May of 2017.
